Shipping Policy
Items normally ship within 1-7 business days. We will let you know at checkout or by a follow-up message if the item you purchased is not currently in stock. If the product is not in stock, we will let you know the expected shipping time.
Shipping & Handling charges are expenses paid to a third party and are non-refundable. Any exceptions to this policy will be listed on the individual item description page. At this time we only ship to addresses in the United States, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and other US territories. Some restrictions apply.
Return Policy
Customers may return defective items within 15 days of delivery. Defective items will be replaced whenever possible. Customers must obtain a Return Authorization Number before returning any item. All returns must have a valid Authorization Number on the label. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
